- Laboratory extraction has automated technical checks, not a declaration of drinking-water compliance.
- Each network and parameter retains its own sampling date; never merge networks or assume one common sampling date.
- A less-than operator is a detection bound, not an exact concentration. Conflicting results are not a reliable single value.
- Absent parameters and empty networks mean no published data, not a zero concentration or a successful test.
- Historical reference hardness used by the scale and simulator is separate from dated laboratory measurements.
- Files are refreshed when approved public data is exported, built and deployed; there is no live PDF ingestion.
